By accessing healthylivingnest.com (the "Site"), booking a service, purchasing a membership, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any program-specific guidelines provided at enrollment. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and services.
2. About Our Services
World Health Treat, founded in 2020 and based in Washington, D.C., provides home health & wellness management programs including general healthcare coordination, dental care referrals, wellness/nutrition/weight-loss coaching, hair & skin treatment protocols, joint/bone health, cardio health monitoring, men's & women's healthcare, memory & neuro healthcare support, and health insurance advisory ("Services"). Services are delivered via in-home visits (participating metros), telehealth, and remote monitoring across the United States.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Telehealth and in-home practitioners are independent, state-licensed professionals who exercise independent clinical judgment. World Health Treat coordinates care; it does not guarantee specific medical outcomes.
4. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be 18+ to enroll; minors may participate only under a parent/guardian account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your member portal credentials and for activity under your account.
5. Memberships, Fees & Billing
- Membership plans (Essential Nest, Complete Nest, Elite Concierge) bill monthly in advance and are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
- Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days' prior notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
- Clinical services covered by your insurance are billed to your insurer where applicable; you remain responsible for deductibles, co-pays, and non-covered items.
- Late payments may suspend non-urgent Services until resolved.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Guarantee
New memberships include a 30-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 30 days of first payment for a full refund of membership fees (excluding third-party lab or procedure costs already incurred). After 30 days, you may cancel anytime effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance; later no-shows may incur a $35 fee.
7. Insurance Advisory Disclaimer
Our insurance advisors are licensed consultants, not insurers. Savings figures (e.g., "$1,400/year") are historical member averages, not guarantees. Final coverage determinations rest solely with your insurance carrier.
8. Member Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate health history and medication lists;
- Follow agreed care plans and report adverse reactions promptly;
- Treat practitioners with respect; we reserve the right to decline service for abuse or unsafe conditions;
- Maintain a safe environment for in-home visits.
9. Prohibited Uses of the Site
You may not: (a) misuse, scrape, or disrupt the Site; (b) submit false bookings or spam; (c) attempt unauthorized access; (d) upload malicious code; (e) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to transmit PHI belonging to others without authority.
10. Intellectual Property
All Site content — text, logos, the "World Health Treat" name, graphics, and program frameworks — is owned by or licensed to World Health Treat and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. Third-party imagery is used under license (e.g., Pexels). You may share links freely but may not reproduce content commercially without written permission.
11. Newsletters & Communications
By subscribing you consent to receive wellness emails. You may unsubscribe anytime via the link in each email or our unsubscribe page. Transactional messages about active services are not marketing and may continue during membership.
12. Third-Party Links & Partners
Referrals to labs, clinics, and insurers are provided for convenience. We are not liable for third-party acts, omissions, pricing, or privacy practices beyond our contractual care-network standards.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Health Treat's aggregate liability arising from the Site or non-clinical Services shall not exceed the membership fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including clinical malpractice of licensed practitioners, which is covered by their respective professional insurance.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Health Treat, its officers, and practitioners from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or provision of false information.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days; unresolved disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washington, D.C.
16. Severability & Waiver
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, for members, notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
